    The manager on duty today May 11, 2019 at 3:45pm is not a good manager. I walked out today after waiting over 30 minutes for my food and not getting it because they where having to make more alferdo sauce. No communication to the customers on what was going on. Service was the worst I have ever gotten at this store. It will be a long time before I go back. Manager was rude to the other employees. Employees on cell phones. Not enough people on duty. Manager also said that the GM called in. I don't care who called in if she can't handle the job then maybe she needs to not be manager. Only getting a one star because I had to put something.

    Went there earlier tonight, and they were out out of alfredo sauce, said they would be closed before it got done if they tried to make more, was a little irritated so I went outside to leave, decided to just get lasagna instead and then I went back in for my car and the door was locked... It was at least 15 minutes before closing time not sure exactly what time though. Staff was rude... I've never had this type of experience at fazolis before very disappointed!

    The little gal that waited on us, Alexander T, was very nice but she was new. She didn't know answers to my questions and no one seemed to be around to help her. The reason for my contact was the food was cold and the breadsticks were cold and seemed old. We have been to Fazoli's a lot before never had such awful food before.

    Love the food....BUT...I was placing an order and was redeeming my birthday reward in the app. It turns out your location was not open due to weather. The app still expired my reward. I replied to the confirmation email but no one contacted me. Tonight I called to be sure location was open. I then placed an order in the app and prepaid. The order was set for a 930pm pick up. My husband arrived and was not given the full order. I ordered a family meal with both being spaghetti with meat sauce and the ceasar salad. I also ordered an additional dozen bread sticks, an additional family sized side of meat sauce a cheesecake and two brownies. My husband was given only the two spaghettis with meat sauce and 12 bread sticks. He thought that looked wrong and called me. Your employee claimed that was all that showed up in the system. I was given a confirmation email and was charged for everything. Plus, the family meals come with salad, that was missing. It took over 30 min to get the correct order. This is the 3rd time we have been charged and not gotten what we paid for. There is either an issue with the app and online ordering, training issues or they just don't give a hoot.

    The cashier didn't really know what he was doing. Computer couldn't keep up. Food was cold and not up to usual taste then were informed lobby door by handicap parking was being locked and we were to leave out the other side and I am handicap and when asked why they were closing early was told well lobby closes at 10 and everyone should have already been out of here so we had them unlock the door for us so I could get to my car easier and we left. Felt rushed and disnt enjoy our meal anyway.

    Just wanted to say what a Wonderful experience my wife and I have each time we come in. We have been frequenting your restaurant more on a weekly basis and have been very lucky to have an outstanding young man Dakota wait on us and help us. This young man goes above and beyond for his customers. Very very attentive and so helpful and caring and kind. You should be Honored to have such a hardworking , respectful young man representing your Business. Wish more of these higher rated restaurants had employees as superb as this young man. Such a delight seeing him. I hope he goes far with your Compqny. We now try to come in when he’s working. Have came in many times when he wasn’t working and the service was not the same. We came in Tuesday and he wasn’t working so we left and waited until today. It was worth the wait. He’s a fine young man. Thank you Mr Dakota. Your parents raised a fine Young Man! You brighten our day
