  Worst chicken broccoli penne I've ever had from Fazoli's. It was VERY watered down with very little sauce and had dry noodles. If I was still in my car when I was eating it, I would've turned around and asked for a fresh one, but I was home.

  Andrea and Yotom were awesome today (i'm sure I misspelled his name). Andrea has great customer engagement skills with a slice of humor! Yotom was very knowledgeable of the menu which helped guide me to my selection and it was incredible!
  I haven't been to this Fazoli in a very long time but I will be back. These two individuals knocked it out of the park for my experience. Keep up the great work Andrea and Yotom!!

  Andrea was an excellent cashier. When I wasn't sure about something, she gave suggestions which helped me tremendously. She was very courteous and friendly. She was A1. Thank you Andrea!!🥰

  Andrea is so awesome. The entire staff at the Avon location is top notch. It's always clean and food comes fast which is a testament to the cooks in the back. Keep it up!

  We went for our nieces birthday and had 10 people and every single meal sucked. This place was filthy and all trash cans were overflowing and we had to smell the trash while eating. Eventually they finally cleared it and it wasn’t because they were too busy to clean it up. There’s never anyone in that place anymore and I know why.
  
  One of our family members ate a meatball and it was so bad he went into panic mode and went to the restroom and puked. The food sucks!
