Escalated situation by bringing her manager over instead of letting it drop. I said what I needed to say and she should have walked away. I was rushed from the drive thru window and then once I got to the window to pay was told a different order than what I actually ordered and then was told after I said I had Spaghetti and " meatballs" not meat sauce that they would just put them on the side because she didn't hear me and my stuff was already in the bag🙄. Well maybe if you slow down and pay a little bit more attention to detail you would be able to hear me. I know what I ordered. I even said I'll wait for her to add it to my order and she said no because we've already boxed and bagged your order up so we will put it on the side BUT I DID NOT ORDER MEATBALLS ON THE SIDE!!!! 🥴 So, newsflash it's not the customers problem when you don't get their order correct. This is the 3rd time my order has been messed up and I continue to try with this location, the problem is I don't know why!!Nakia B

Not enough help, noodles under cooked, shy on the toppings for what we ordered, and the meals were luke warm. I hope it gets somewhat back to what it used to be, but it's a long hard road with this lack of people that WANT to work!! The person taking the orders, (I'm assuming she was in charge), did the best she could under the circumstances.Chuck D
