  The staff at this store was so delightful. I actually ordered my food through the app but then opted to eat in the dining room which was very clean and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience and staff that were SO FRIENDLY and helpful!

  Absolutely horrible! First off the manager put a cold chocolate milk in with my hot breadsticks. My breadsticks were slimy wet didn't look cooked and stuck to the side of this wet bag. I call the store and the manager actually started laughing on the phone she admitted to placing the cold drink with hot food blamed the breadsticks on a new hire. I called her out because honestly I don't find this funny. My food went straight to trash can.

  I was a little disappointed in the service of the restaurant. We were waiting for breadsticks and when my husband went to the counter to ask she asked him if he had a plate for them so he had to go grab our plate from the table and bring it back for us to receive our breadsticks. The cashier wasn’t very friendly and didn’t seem to care much about anything.

  Went through 3/6/23 at 7:16pm. Order Id: AAA3QLDUANCZ. Ordered Fettuccine and Ravioli Baked duo. I got home only to realize we received Fettuccine and Spaghetti Baked duo. I also ordered two extra breadsticks which we did not receive. I even verbally confirmed we would be getting six breadsticks total because they forgot the extra two the last time as well. The food was good as always and we will continue to go there but tonight was disappointing.

  Very good food but needs to be hotter. The fried rice is always lukewarm., Also bring back Coke Zero diet

  I'm done! I wouldn't eat at Fazolis for the last year or so because there was ALWAYS somerhing wrong with my order! Incomplete order, wrong order items, no breadsticks, etc.... Now it's hardly any sauce... what's with these people...not even a scant 1/4 cup of sauce... it's like eating dry warm noodles! This has happened many times, so it's not just a "rare occurrence".. very annoying! Gotta be others too.... I cannot be the only one!!

  Went to the Fazoli at 1695 Meridian Oaks Dr in Greenwood IN. The food was great and the service even better. The young man that waited on us name of Eric S was perfect. He was very friendly and helpful. He deserves credit for an outstanding job. My sister and I was so happy with his service and will be going back to this location. I hope Eric will be working when we go back.

  My friend and I ate at the Fizzoli’s off of Madison Avenue in Greenwood In. I can’t begin to tell you how friendly and welcoming everyone was at this restaurant. I’m not kidding, we were treated like royalty from the manager on down. They could not have been any better to us than they were. They told us how glad they were that we came there, if there was anything they could do to make our dinner more pleasant, etc. Two people that stood out were David and Anna. So sweet, friendly. Excellent!!

  The food was good but they forgot the parm and red pepper packets. I ordered a large alfredo and I received butter garlic instead. I ordered 6 extra bread sticks and received only 6. They forgot the 2 that should’ve come with the meal.

  The restaurant staff is AWESOME! BUT… last time we went and ordered the flax seed flat bread keto pizzas, the mgr told us they no longer carry them. WHAT!? It’s all we can order with our diet restrictions and now have NO reasons to go. Do you not want OUR business nor anyone else with medical diet restrictions. You should bring it back and in fact offer more options m. Thank you!

  The pepperoni pizza breadsticks were horrible. Very disappointed The breadsticks were hard. Most were so hard you couldn't eat bite through had to throw them away. The red velvet cheese was very good.
