And there was no apology or explanation for why they wasted so much time. Worst service I've ever had in my life at any restaurant, just to get one meal. Absolutely ridiculous. I might as well have gone to a sit down restaurant for this type of wait (not to mention my order was in accurate/missing ingredients but I was too tired and hungry to wait for things to be fixed). I received spaghetti and sauce in a plastic container, with NO cheese. It was not cooked, and certainly not baked It was just thrown together. I've had problems before with our dates cheese cake. What do I have to do to get food service and what I ordered. Last week it was in an aluminum pan. They are so inconsistent.Sandra G.

I called the store and was told that they were able to confirm that the driver left behind my items but since it was delivered by doordash I had to call them for a refund. I contacted doordash twice and was told that I have to contact the merchant since I went through their website. I currently have no resolution and was missing a lot of itemsThomika L
