This time here thry were inside humping working very hard because the District Manger was on site. I aye inside. I wanted more bread sticks because, it was unlimited I never received any... was scared to ask for more by the cashier he brought my food out and served it, went and cleaned the tables and picked up trash from the dumpers with the same gloves...I was so shocked tto see the Mangers working really hard.. I laughed the whole time. Can't wsit until the next visit.Sherri L

- Rating 1.01 out of 5 StarsAug 24, 2019My entre was horrible. I went to get my usual, chicken broccoli baked penne w/extra chicken & extra alfredo sauce. This was thee driest pasta I have ever witnessed and not only didn't i have extra chicken it was less than what the standard portion is. I ordered a side of meat sauce for my breadsticks. Ended up having to pour that over the noodles to trt1 and eat it but it just turned out worse. Highly upset with fazolisMercedes R.

- Rating 1.01 out of 5 StarsJul 17, 2019I came to this location to order the Ultimate alfredo which includes bacon bits, broccoli,the chicken and alfredo noodles with the sauce. The presentation of my food was amazing. However the taste was terrible. I let them know that the broccoli was extremly salty. They corrected the meal except there was no bacon and or broccoli in the new meal. as well as i wasnt refunded for the difference. I would like a gift card to cover the ultimate alfredo meal so I can try this meal again.Sharde T

Even when one of them gave full eye contact i ordered he ignored me . Then after i was eating a very large spider crawled over the window . The bread sticks were drenched in too much butter. On my way home pittsburgh going back to mn wanted to show fazoli,s to a friend. But i feel like i chose the wrong one. My first disappointing visit to a fazoli,s.Toni R

It is getting so bad I really do not like going there any longer. I read your plans and saw the photo for a 2020 remodel but it can't come soon enough.
