  This was the worst ever Fazoli's My breadstick were rock hard like the kept the ones from the day before and reheated them. My spaghettis was a sticky clumpy mess. I called the restaurant directly and told them. A woman answered the phone claiming to be the manager John Jackson. She refused to credit me the breadsticks. I am baffled by this treatment of a customer.

  All the food was fresh and delicious. The lady at the drive thru was awesome. The receipt only says DTOT so I don't have a name. Give her a raise! I haven't been to a Fazolis in 20 or more years but you absolutely have made me a returning customer

  We stopped in today on our way back from the camper and Vicki was amazing!! Soon as we walked in she made us feel so welcome! The food was amazing and it was HOT!! The chocolate chip Cook was amazing my son loved it!!

  The food is always so delicious and warm. Fast, friendly customer service = Vicki the manager from the 82nd St. Fazoli’s (1614) was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience today! Give her a raise please!!! Locations are always clean and tidy, as well as well-stocked with utensils and shakers. I will continue to frequent Fazoli’s!
