  What is going on at this location?? The service has gone down hill. The drive thru takes forever and something is always left out of an order. Was there last night and waited behind another car that just left because he got tired of waiting for someone to acknowledge him. Since when did Fazoli's stop giving out a breadstick with a $9 or $10 salad. I was told I had to purchase them??? This location needs help

  So we decided to go to fazolis (Nicholasville Rd) tonight for dinner..About 822 PM 11/01/2019. After eating we noticed a bug on the table next to us. Wondering what it was so we decided to go look and noticed it was a roach... My wife didnt want to say anything. Well we got a dessert for the kids and when the lady comes to our table I told her "Look at that bug on the table behind you ." she had no clue and it took a minute to find it. Well when she did she walked over and smashed it with her bare hand. Yes BARE hand.... Like this was a normal thing for her.... Like who in the world would do this??? After she did this the young women walked straight to the kitchen.. Well, before we left she sprayed the table quickly and wiped it. Then came back again to spray and wipe with the same rag and threw it on top of the trash can for reuse... At this point it ruined everything for us and we hurried to leave this nasty place. On the way out I looked at the bottle labeled "glass cleaner" END OF STORY....spent almost $60 and couldn't stomach the eat the dessert.. Thinking how many roaches in the ice machine since this was directly behind this.....

  Me. Betty is AN ICON! As someone who works in customer service, Ms. Betty provides the best of the best service! She was the absolute sweetest and made an ordinary lunch trip something to never forget! I hope Ms. Betty gets a raise and a promotion for her kindliness! Lexington <3’s Ms. Betty.

  Had a really crappy experience at your drive-thru 10 minutes before closing. Was given TW0 double slices of pizza that were TINY and also COLD. You get a big, fat F! They were outrageously overpriced, too. Pure crap! Boo!!!!!!

  I ordered two baked spaghetti meals w/ a slice of pepperoni each with drinks. I mentioned my coupon as well. When I got to the window I had to wait while the drive thru attendant took two orders before swiping my card. She then handed me my drinks, but only one baked spaghetti with one slice of pizza. When I asked about it, I was told it would be ten minutes, and I'd need to pull around. As I had my screaming one year old with me, I couldn't wait.

  I placed a pick up order via the website at 11:23 am. I requested a 12:40 pm pick up. My husband arrived 8 minutes before the expected time and he is STILL waiting for his order at 1:00 pm. They indicated they hadn’t started on his order until 12:45 pm. This is unacceptable, since he is on a time constraint for another commitment, which is why it was ordered ahead of time.

  Team seemed frazzled, rushing around. Cashier was emotionless and it seemed like we were inconveniencing her. Person who appeared to be manager seemed to have no control over staff. Woman in the back was complaining loudly about being disrespected. However, the manager was very pleasant and polite.
  
  Disappointing, as we have not had Fazolis in my hometown for years. Assumed that the headquarters city would be the best location- I was wrong.

  The lady , Ms. Betty was working the counter when we came to eat after being at the hospital with my mother who had kidney disease. After a long day she was such a joy ! She was so kind and helped us with anything we needed . Such great costumer service ! We will most definitely be back to this location on our next round.
