  Great customer service! CAROL, Dariana, America where great! ETHAN, has a lot of potential!! He will go very far, with great Trainers!!!! I would hire him in a second! Restaurant & Retail mgr. for many many years!! Best service in many years!! Food great! Except BREADSTICKS taste different? Always had the BEST, not anymore!

  Four of us ate there tonight. Used to love the breadsticks but they now taste bad and chewy. Very disappointed. Fazolis use to have the best bread sticks anywhere. But not anymore!! Please go back to old receipt on breadsticks!!

  Ethan & Coresha we’re both very helpful with our large party and provided great service to us. Carol was wonderful and gracious. Best service we’ve had in a quite a while at any Fazoli’s. Thank you.
  
  The new breadstick recipe is not as good as the original one. We all prefer the softer texture. Not biscuit like or crunchy.

  Never received all my food. Asked for a refund for what I didn't get and the manager argued with me. Then screamed an employee in front of me. Found out I was correct. I never got all my food. (DUH)
  They did finally give me a refund, but only for what I didn't get. The food was actually sitting in the window but never given to me. Nor was I offered the food when I went to get the refund. Horrible customer service. The Manager even had the nerve to say she never had to give refunds.

  Last time I came I received the wrong food & called and spoke to someone about a free meal when I came back for the next visit. When I came back this time The manager came to the window and told me there was nothing they could do without a receipt and kept shrugging his shoulders and turned around and walked off not fixing the solution like a MANAGER should do. Working in the restaurant business I know for a fact this is not how things would be handled. Especially the attitude.
