  Terrible. We left the drive through because the employee was so incredibly rude. Worst experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had!

  It’s sad with these businesses these restaurants all these jobs that are hiring we came into Fazolis at 7:45 and they had only three people working And they all had a smile on their face they got them orders out so fast the manager was awesome the drive-through guy was fantastic and I believe there was another person in the back the stores come a long way keep up the good work

  If I could give this manager Stephanie a 20 tonight in stars I would she did her thing her cook left in a middle of a rush was she pulled it together her and her drive-through person they did awesome kept a smile on their face and kept moving

  That was the worst experience. There were three workers, an average size white male, a tall african american man with a mustache and chin hair, and an african american woman. The woman was so sweet and polite. The men were so rude to her. I was picking up an online order and needed to get my drinks. The woman asked the taller man to help get a drink, he ignored her and I waited about ten more minutes. During that time another customer had an issue with a receipt of being over charged. Again, the woman asked the taller man for help and he said "I don't have time for that, just give him his money." She got him taken care of, without help. She then asked about my drink he was supposed to get and he said to her to get it herself. She then asked the average sized white male for help. He said "push the lever" in a sarcastic manner. He then walked away and said "jesus" and shook his head at her. She maintained a wonderful attitude during all of this. Those two men should not be working for your company with that attitude toward a fellow coworker, especially when they are about 6 feet away from paying customers.

  Ordered through the app and delivered via DoorDash. Order was missing a meal, sides, and toppings. The store was extremely short staffed and our order took an extra 30 minutes. Called to get a refund but was directed to DoorDash. DoorDash said they could not process the refund because they did not actually charge our card Fazoli’s did. When the DoorDash rep called Fazoli’s they were still too busy to do our refund. I will be calling in the morning to try to get our money back. No hate to the employees because being short staff sucks, just want our money back for the food we didn’t get.
