- Rating 1.01 out of 5 StarsAug 27, 2019I am very upset. I came in for lunch today and the lady told me they were no longer able to give senior meals except for Wed. I was fine with that but as I was moving over to head to my seat the employee took a couples order and gave them the senior meal. I asked why they could get it and not myself, she said they were “regular customers”. Unacceptable and I was a little embarrassed. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.Karen Kimble

Which is very frustrating that a manager can't fix it. Really?? Coupon are only good for a few hours. Very frustrated last night.Dawn Maison

It was amazing to be able to go to a restaurant with a 2 year old and be offered any help to make the experience easier. Everyone was very friendly.Sara A

Dine in order given in carry out box and was told I could ask for more breadsticks. Food was dry, looked old and when I requested more breadsticks, I was told no because they were out and would have to put more in. Horrible service.Janet R

She was so kind to my family, after a hard and emotional day we had. It was nice to go and enjoy a family dining environment with a smile from her. She was also so helpful with my mother who was a senior citizen, when she was ordering. I wish she was staying at Blue Springs location, and not going to Lee’s Summit. Will be sad to see her go.Kimberly, W
