  I am personally extensively trained in customer service. Every employee I had contact with had a smile and were very nice to deal with on our visit on 11/23/19 at 4:30 pm. I don’t see top notch customer service like that anymore - I just wanted to mention they are doing a great job. Thanks

  $5 Lunch Deal is appreciated. However, I had to ask for more breadsticks, and they never offered them again though I sat in the restaurant for more than an hour. This was from 12:30 to 1:30, and there were very few customers, so there was no excuse. So much for "unlimited breadsticks" as the advertising proclaims!

  I have ate at this establishment many times and have Always been pleased. Tonight we got the wrong salads and what pathetic salad we got was brown and wilted. Was inedible and disgusting.

  Yes your restaurant has great customer service most delicious food I just love coming there me and my daughters and my sisters we all get together and have a girls day out and we like to go to the fazoli's I was wondering if you had any coupons or anyting I could use so I could take all the girls out we love to get together and chit chat and eat and your breadsticks are amazing Deborah Steffens 1363 Baltimore Lane New Haven Missouri your time is appreciated as your food is thank you very much

  I love your food, and especially your breadsticks. The variety is good too. Sometimes the Alfredo sauce seems a little thick and the noodles sticky though. Over all, I’m very happy! Thank you for all of your great offers!

  Everything that we have tried on the menu at Fazoli's has been good! My favorite is the baked spaghetti. The employees are always friendly and the service is always good.
