So I called in and the woman said “um ya since we don’t really have pasta we are only doing drive thru.” I said you have no sign posted your phone menu says your dining rooms are now open! And then this. It was very disappointing and she didn’t really seem to care so we took our business to chick-FIL-a.Kristi T

I work in food so I understand it’s not the staffs fault but I don’t think waiting that long is ok. I’m only allowed a 30 min lunch break and I’m losing out on my clocked hours and have to make that time up now.Riley clay

As we dined in the clean restaurant she continuously moved into the dining area and cleaned and bussed the tables. She also brought us our hot and delicious food and brought us extra bread sticks. We also spoke to the manager Maleeia, who was extremely polite and friendly. I live in Virginia and missed Fazoli's when they closed. Thank you. Keep up the great work.Mary G

She even came over to let us know it would be a couple of minutes on the meatballs. She always makes sure if we want extra cheese. The food was good, hot and fresh. My wife called and was given a free meal replacement. On 5/12/2022, my wife walked into the restaurant to order our dinner & to retrieve my wife's free meal. To our amazement her & my son's Spaghetti meal was not as she asked! My wife asked for meatball's be included once again on this day's order. My wife's & son's Spaghetti had only meat sauce. Both days' as always was quality, but not what we ordered. My wife's English and pronunciation is clear and understandable.Louis C
