    I went to Fazoli's on Wed. June 12, at 4:35 specifically to use a coupon on my app. Y'all need to educate your staff better on retrieving a coupon code from a customer phone. I refused to hand over my phone, stating it can be scanned or the number read directly. The employee was extremely rude and said I can't get the discount and slammed the window closed. He became quickly became very angry and rude and said he couldn't scan it if I'm holding it. He said something about it only being this size and made a hand gesture meaning "small" I guess. I said it never was a problem in the past - although now that I think on it most times I have to read out loud the code number. Why doesn't your scanner work? Anyway, while I was sitting there stunned, deciding if I should just leave, a different person came to the window to try explain it to me again. I replied I've never had this problem before and I'm not about to hand over my expensive phone when I shouldn't have to. I offered to read the number. They took it and I got my 2 bucks discount. Nobody apologized, said anything, just handed me my food. It makes me want to never go back, the way I was treated. I understand anybody can have a bad day but this was pretty unique behavior. Otherwise I hate to stop using the app and not go to Fazoli's because I really like your food and have been going for years and years but I am very gun shy to return now. Thanks for listening.

    The food was good to ordering was cumbersome. when I went to correct it it was confusing I'm still not sure if I got charged correctly. I feel frustrated actually

    Initially, I thought I was having a great customer service experience. I had never eaten at Fazoli's before. I ordered (asked for) TWO SEPARATE $5 lunch specials to go plus one order of pepperoni bread sticks.
    My order was not placed that way. Anthony D clearly was not paying attention to me saying TWO LUNCH SPECIALS.
    ONE with lasagne, and ONE with fettucine alfredo w/ ceasar salad for EACH LUNCH.
    So, I THOUGHT you all would pack them separately. I did not get what I wanted to order because Anthony D was NOT LISTENING and ordered incorrectly. I spoke w/ the manager about it and she put my name down for a free entree. I cannot have tomato sauce. So there was tomato sauce in my alfredo.
    To say I am disappointed, is a huge understatement.
    If the food had been better, I may feel differently. The alfredo was exceptionally bland. The romaine lettuce was wilted. And there were supposed to be two separate lunch specials. NOT ONE THREE ITEM ENTREE. So, please advise your staff to ask more questions and to actively listen...and perhaps ASK THE CUSTOMER IF IT'S HERE OR TO GO. And the free entree is a waste of time because I will not be going back. That's how disappointed I am.
    The manager was super nice and I appreciate her taking the time to talk with me and the kind offer of a free entree was a really great customer service offering.

    How hard is it to get an order right? All 3 times I’ve been to this location I’ve had to call and say my order isn’t right. Why do I need to ask for croutons on a Cesar salad? Next time I come there’s a hair in my pasta. The managers are “new new” as he said, and don’t show any kind of professionalism.

    The food is normally decent here, but the hygiene and cleanliness of this store is lacking. It's normally always dirty, trash around the outside, the door handles that haven't look like they've been cleaned in MONTHS, don't even get me started on the disgusting bathrooms! Makes you wonder what kitchen, and parts you can't see look like.

    I ordered a whole pizza online like I have several times before. When I arrived to pick up my pizza from the drive thru, I was informed that I now must park and come inside the store to get my pizza. This greatly diminishes the convenience of ordering online.

    So, I waited in line twice to receive my order, had to park and get out only to be handed my order 10 feet away from the drive thru window.

    Please change this process if you desire to provide fast and convenient service to your customers.
