Never again. I reviewed on Google. Everyone else gets a replied from the district manager except myself. the general manager was rude, unhappy and unhygienic. the food was disgusting. My family was treated like our existence was an issue. these reviews tell all!! Do not go here. Al Roma is two thumbs up this is 2 thumbs down

Totally disappointed w/our food AND service! Dry, crunchy breadsticks....no way- YES WAY!!. Never warned us how hot our plates were before setting them down; very little sauce on the spaghetti dishes- they almost looked anemic!

I can't even tell you my level of disappointment with what just happened in the restaurant. I returned to this restaurant to give them a second chance because the first visit was so bad that they sent me a letter for two free entrees. I thought sure why not? I went in and there was one person leaning over on the counter on her elbow the other person was counting out a drawer neither one of them said hello to me, and just continue to count her money. Finally a person who was delivering food out to the tables came out and said hello to me in a very kind of manner. Then someone else came out from the back and he didn't even know whether he had a register or not. Which means they aren't even counting their registers before they start on them. I asked him for a creamy baked penne, and explain to him that I had a letter for two free meals. Understandably he hadn't dealt with this so he asked for help. The manager calleen came over, and comped the meal and crossed off one of the meals from my letter. I then went and sat down at the table and waited for my food which was brought to me without any breadsticks at all. The person realized it and then went and got me four of them. I started eating my meal and I got paged and had to leave immediately. I went up to the counter and asked for a to-go container and the Young man that I had originally had, went to grab two tiny little styrofoam containers. I explained to him that I could not be taking it home in styrofoam because it had just come out of the oven was still blazing hot. He said "that's all we can give you I said are you kidding me?" I said I need a metal pan to put it in so that it doesn't burn through the bottom it's extremely hot. I said get a manager. The same woman Calleen
came out and proceeded to tell me that "we're not corporate anymore, and that's the way we do it." I asked her what being corporate has to do with it. I told her I used to work for a Fazoli's and there's no way I would ever give someone a baked dish in a styrofoam container. You just asking for it to burn through the bag and destroy their car or their clothes or whatever it is sitting on. She just shook her head and chicken Bob her head back and forth and raised her arms up and down and I thought are you kidding me? And then turned around and walked away. Just leaving a guest to either walk out and leave their meal there, or shovel as much as they could into their mouth before they left and forget the rest. The guy behind the counter even said to me, well that's what I are district manager told us to do. So that's what we're doing. What a bunch of excuses and ridiculous Behavior. What are you teaching these people? I hope this goes a little bit higher then just store management. This is really so sad because Fazoli's has never been like this. I don't know if it's the new ownership or what, but this is very sad. With this type of management, and this type of behavior from the management, this store is doomed to fail. And if it doesn't it will just flounder along instead of being really successful as every Fazoli's should be.

I don't know if your aware, you have a very good Italian restaurant 2 blocks from your location. They are not any more expensive. They serve dipping sauce with breadsticks and at any time you can request additional sauce and it's free. And you want to charge 53 cents for a tiny half full cup of sauce. REALLY. You lost my business and I will post this on social media. Everyone needs to be aware of this.

If i could give it 0 stars i would. The service was awful, it took about 15mins to get someone to ask if we wanted breadsticks while they were handing them to the same table by us and would give them the whole basket , it took 45 mins from the time i ordered to get my food, i wasn’t the only one that was un happy and waiting for food it was everyone in the store at the time.

Very poor service again. Very mis-managed. Waited 30 minutes for 1 entree that never came. Had to ask for a refund as I was not going to eat without my wife getting her food. Never got breadsticks. Other tables got food before us. Will never come back again unless they fix the multiple problems with staffing, service, and management.
